Weed is the most commonly used drug and people are faced with the problem, How to Stop Smoking Weed! With the drug laws being strict and the economy loosing momentum people are trying to stop smoking pot with minimum results. Jobs are more strict on requiring drug tests so even those who smoke weed will be forced to quit. But the problem is how, most people have been smoking weed since high school or maybe even earlier. They are now faced with the problem How to Stop Smoking Pot but to stop smoking weed is harder than it sounds.One tip I used to stop smoking weed was to write down the things that I didn’t like when I was under the influence. The list would look something like this
STOP SMOKING WEED
1. My appetite changed so I was only able to eat a full meal after smoking marijuana.
2. After smoking I would always lose momentum of my day and become very lazy
3. I would also sleep all the time
4. Etc.
So now every time that I had a urge to smoke I would just remember my list and that would stray me away from the tempting aroma that many of us are accustomed to. Another reason to stop smoking weed may be because of the medical problem that may occur, such as memory loss. Studies show that long time weed smokers of 20 years orlonger performed significantly less well then people who have smoked for a short amount of time or no time at all. This is another reason to Smoking pot. What good is a memory if u can’t remember yesterday?
