What happens when you quit smoking is quite possibly the question most asked by smokers when they’re trying to decide whether or not they will give up smoking.
The one thing that smokers need to prepare themselves for, when they are ready to take the step to quit smoking, are the possible side effects of nicotine withdrawal they may experience. Most of the withdrawal symptoms smokers experience are related to a drop in sugar levels caused by lower nicotine levels in their system.
