I can quit smoking cigs any time I want, so I decided to use them as a crutch for a while. What do you think, bad decision?
I do exercise a whole lot and I usually eat healthy. So I am not as worried about the health issues, more of the appearance and smell.

i think that it’s better than smoking dope for awhile, but you may want to try something a little more healthier like running or playing a sport.

Yes, it is a bad decision.
Even though smoking dope is four times worse than cigarettes, it still destroys your lungs. It will not slow down or stop unless you start to exercise, eating right, and staying away from alcohol and drugs.
I would advise buying the patch, or starting to chew gum. It may annoy others, but it’s a lot more healthy.
If you’re only worried about appearance and smell, the effects are identical.

I actually think it is safer to smoke dope.
At least with good dope you are not getting glass, formaldehyde, and all sorts of other chemical compounds in the mix.
I think you should quit both. Where is it written that you have to smoke something? Were you born smoking? Did you crave it as a baby? When did you need it to get through a day?
It is learned behavior. It can be “unlearned.”
Try avoiding situations in which smoking anything is a part.
Get up from the table and start cleaning the counter. Don’t sit and fiddle. Don’t hang around smokers for a while.
